2003 - Mr. Robert Albert, Australia: exemplary devotion to the cause of maritime heritage support of restoration of the barque James Craig.

2003 - Admiral Mahjvendra Singh, for his work on the restoration of the Bombay Castle Wall.

2004 - Captain Gote Erik Sundberg, for research and literature of 19th and 20th century sailing vessels and in particular for his role in the preservation of the barque Pommern.

2005 -   Mr Peter Goodwin, Keeper & Curator of HMS Victory;

2005 - Mr George Lawrence, Fleet Support Limited Technical Co-ordinator and Shipwright on board HMS Victory since 1970.
